Allegiance Home Health Care was founded to provide full service and high quality health care to patients and clients in their homes. We provide a coordinated system of comprehensive, multidisciplinary health care services in a patients environment to promote, maintain and/or restore health, and minimize the effects of illness and disability on a per visit or continual care basis. Allegiance offers a Multi-Lingual Staff that is proficient in the following languages: Arabic, Spanish, Polish, Filipino, Urdu, Farsi and more. We are also one of the most state of the art Home Health Care Companies that utilizes laptops for point of care to wireless technology. This gives us the ability to properly equip our staff and give them the need for information at their fingertips. We offer a company website that gives our readers forthcoming events, descriptions, resources and also allows physicians, faculties and discharge planners to send a patient referral online.

Our Goals include:

  • To provide patient and family instruction in the fundamentals of health, hygiene and safety as well as the prevention, control and treatment of disease.
